SSX COMMAND
Ever want to very quickly find all of a certain block to either edit it, replace it or change the layer. Try typing SSX on the command line, then select one of the blocks / objects you want to manipulate. Hit the enter key and it will tell you how many of that item are in that .dwg. Then you can type M for move and just hit P for previous and it will find all the objects you grouped then you can move them out of the way and manipulate them all to do what you want. It is very similar to the qselect but w/o dialog boxes. Hope this helps at least one person.

Re: SSX COMMAND
Ha ha... I say "use ssx" to some of the newbies & they look at me gone-out... then ask where the icon for that is... a very useful & quick command once you know how to use it... the fact that it dates back well into the last century & is still included in the command set is a testament to it's function.

Re: SSX COMMAND
Yeah, but filedia is a great one for the rookies...
SSX gets even some of the seasoned veterans.
